Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear (including bikinis, tankinis, and swimsuits) unless the item is faulty. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for all our customers.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll email you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and any accessories.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing time varies by institution but typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return

If the replacement item costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
