Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping fee: £12.95
  2. Free Shipping (via EMS):
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over £50

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some parts of Asia and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your beachwear, swimwear, and special occasion outfits. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items (including bikinis, tankinis, and swimsuits) unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll email you return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your replacement once we process your return

If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
